FRIUL FILIERE SPA, first in the world introduces this new technology to extrude profiles in Ultra Light Ecological composite material named FFC™, obtained from PVC charged with natural fibers and expanded to produce a lightweight material.

This is something absolutely new within the panorama of extrusion, with this product FRIUL FILIERE SPA has conjugated the qualities of plastic materials and natural fibers. It consists of appropriately formulated variable quantities of thermoplastic material and natural fibers mixed until an homogeneous compound is reached and ready for being directly extruded from dry-blend on extrusion lines equipped with SPECIAL SINGLE SCREW or COUNTER-ROTATE TWIN SCREWS manufactured by FRIUL FILIERE SPA, without having to go through the granulation phase, thus allowing a simplified and economical production process. 

FFC™ is a FRIUL FILIERE SPA registered trade mark; the company filed a patent for the production of this brand new Ultra Light composite material, which includes all technological, formulation, plant and process aspects, right through to the final product.
